HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You may return the items to our Returns Centre at the address which is found on the "Returns Instructions" that we send to you with your order. Firstly, we must have the order and then we will refund in the same way you made that order. You are required to pay the sending expenses.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNS?

The deadline for any refund is 15 days from the date of delivery of the order by the carrier.

HOW WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK FROM MY RETURN?

Once the return is approved of, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the purchase.
